What is the cost of a 500-person outdoor event venue in Bangalore?
At Arekas Arena, hosting up to 500 guests is included in both the 12-hour (₹1,80,000) and 24-hour (₹3,50,000) packages — there's no extra per-guest charge up to that capacity.
Is accommodation included in the price?
Accommodation is complimentary with the 24-hour package. With the 12-hour package, accommodation in our cottages and dormitories is charged separately.
Does the price include catering and decoration?
No — venue hire is separate from catering, decoration and photography, which are available as add-ons. Buffet catering runs from about ₹490 per plate, decoration from ₹42,000, and photography from ₹25,000.
How much advance is required to book?
Both packages require 50% advance booking to confirm your date.
